Elizabeth wants you to love your handmade gift. If something arrives damaged, or isn't what you expected, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it and she'll do her best to make it right.

Damaged in transit

If your item arrives broken, please email a photo as soon as you can. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of heart

Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price (return shipping is the buyer's responsibility). Because every piece is one of a kind, we can't always offer an identical replacement.

Custom & personalized pieces

Custom and personalized items are made especially for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
