Handmade items

Every item is hand-painted and one of a kind. Small natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are part of the charm and are not considered defects.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is taken securely at checkout through Square. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping & pickup

Shipping and pickup are described on our Shipping & Pickup page. Pickup-only items must be collected locally in the Ottawa area.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are covered on our Returns page. Custom and personalized pieces are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty.
