Shipping & Pickup

Everything here is handmade, so each piece is carefully wrapped and packed by hand before it makes its way to you.

Canada-wide shipping

Most items can be shipped anywhere in Canada. The shipping cost is shown at checkout and depends on the size and fragility of the item — delicate pieces like painted bottles cost a little more to pack and post safely.

Local pickup

Some larger or more fragile pieces are pickup only and can't be shipped — you'll see this clearly on the product page and in your cart. Local pickup is always free, in the Kanata–Stittsville area of Ottawa.

After you place a pickup order, Elizabeth will email you to arrange a convenient time. You can also choose pickup for any order to save on shipping.

Made to order & custom pieces

Because each item is hand-painted, please allow a little extra time for pieces that need to be made or finished. For custom requests, Elizabeth will let you know the timing when she gets in touch.
